FPM is Fellow Program in Management that results in the generation of Fellow as end product whereas PhD is Doctorate of Philosophy that results in Doctor. FPM except IIMs are generally not recognized whereas PhDs are. Eligibility for FPM is graduation but for PhD it's post graduation except IITs. In FPM, generally the first year is common with PG but it is not the case with PhD except IITs.

If you fulfill age criteria https://ugcnetonline.in/age.php and NET qualification, you are eligible for JRF (provided u had also applied for it during filling up the NET application form). However, eligibility does not inherent your claim until you qualify the minimum cut off decided by UGC in each paper for JRF. JRF is a Junior Research Fellowship which is awarded by UGC on the basis of the funds available with it. It is generally around 3,500 in total (including all the subjects). The announcement of JRF is done along with NET. So, a JRF qualified person gets two certificates i.e., UGC-NET (which is in soft copy) + UGC JRF (delivered to your correspondence address). The amount for JRF currently (inclusive of HRA) is around INR 18000 p.m. for two years). After 2 years, on examination of your performance in PhD, JRF becomes SRF (around INR 21,000 p.m. for next three years). Delivery of hard copy of JRF takes time and no soft copy of JRF is provided by UGC.

It is an eligibility test for lectureship which does no have any age bar. However, the eligibility is pre-decided and is available at https://ugcnetonline.in/eligibility.php. After you qualify UGC-NET, you will get an e-certificate (only after verification of your documents sent by you to the concerned university) uploaded by UGC on its website and you can download it using your registration credentials. It is either SET/SLET (State eligibility test/State level eligibility test) for the concerned state conducted by state government like for Rajasthan, its RPSC or UGC-NET (National Eligibility Test) conducted by UGC at national level which is valid all over India.

Either they can take subjects of code 17 or 55 (see https://ugcnetonline.in/subjects.php). Code 17 has almost all subjects except accounting of first year compulsory papers in MBA. Code 55 has questions focused on labor laws and legal matters.

Well the answer is unfortunately 'No'. The reason is UGC pays stipend only as financial assistance to those who do not have any other source of finance for research.
